Dr Ian Revfem

Radiologist

Dr Revfem trained in Radiology at Waikato Hospital in New Zealand. He completed fellowship training in Melbourne where he undertook a Body Imaging Fellowship at Peter MacCallum Cancer Institute. Following this Ian completed a further 2 years of nuclear medicine training including training in PET/CT. Dr Revfem has also completed a MRI Fellowship with Proscan Imaging in Cincinatti during 2010. More recently Ian was one of the founders of the Bendigo High Street X-Ray business with the Keystone Group.

David Rowe

General Manager

David trained as a Radiographer in South East Queensland before working in the corporate sector for more than ten years. Relocating to Melbourne to take up operational roles at various organisations including The Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre, David has developed a wide range of imaging experiences in clinical, corporate and operational areas. David’s focus is to manage Radius operations to ensure the delivery of high quality, patient-focused care and excellent services to referring clients.

Dr Peter Lange

Radiologist

Dr Lange trained in Medicine at the University of Hamburg Medical School, and completed his specialisation in Radiology at the St James University Hospital and Bradford Royal Infirmary, UK. After completing his MD in MRI, Peter worked as a consultant Radiologist at the Sheikh Kalifa Medical City in Abu Dhabi (managed by the prestigious Cleveland Clinic), where he was the Chairman of the Diagnostic and Interventional Radiology department. Dr Lange has worked in regional Australia since July 2011 and joined the RADIUS Imaging team in February 2020.

 

Dr Steve Landers

Interventional Radiologist

Dr Steve Landers is an expert in minimally invasive, image-guided treatments, delivering excellent outcomes with clinical precision. He is a pioneer of geniculate artery embolisation (GAE) in Australia, providing new hope for osteoarthritis patients through targeted relief of chronic knee pain. He also performs transarterial microembolisation (TAME) for conditions such as plantar fasciitis, plantar heel pain, and bursitis.

Using tiny incisions and image guidance, Dr Landers performs procedures through the vascular system to treat disease at its source. Most patients return home the same day or after an overnight stay, with a rapid return to normal activities.

Dr Landers, MBBS, FRANZCR, trained at Barwon Medical Imaging in Geelong and completed fellowships at McMaster University (Canada) and NYU Langone Medical Centre (USA). He has been instrumental in expanding interventional radiology services at Barwon Health.

Matthew Morey

Radiologist

Dr Morey trained in Medicine at The University of Melbourne and completed his radiology training at Austin Health, Melbourne. Dr Morey’s specialty interests include uroradiology with a particular focus on prostate MRI, and has further experience in general MRI, musculoskeletal intervention and cardiac CT. Dr Morey collaborates closely with local referrers and is involved in Geelong based multidisciplinary team meetings. His expertise and dedication to patient care make him an invaluable addition to our team and a trusted partner in the community. Dr Morey is an Affiliate Senior Lecturer at Deakin University and enjoys teaching the Deakin Students both in the workplace and delivering lectures on campus.

Outside of work he enjoys the coastal lifestyle and spending time with his family.
