Education Evenings @ Radius – CPR for General Practice
Posted June 8, 2016

RADIUS Imaging hosted a series of CPR for General Practice training sessions during May and June, reinforcing its commitment to patient safety and high-quality healthcare practices across the region.
The sessions provided local General Practice staff with the opportunity to refresh and strengthen their knowledge of Basic Life Support (BLS) and emergency response procedures. The training focused on improving confidence in managing critical situations where immediate action can make a significant difference to patient outcomes.
Led by Steve Mulligan from Emergency Healthcare Solutions, participants took part in practical, hands-on training designed to reinforce essential life-saving skills. This included performing effective cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) and gaining experience in the correct use of Automated External Defibrillators (AEDs).
By combining practical demonstrations with guided practice, the sessions ensured attendees were better prepared to respond quickly and effectively in emergency situations.
RADIUS Imaging continues to support ongoing education and training initiatives for healthcare professionals, contributing to stronger emergency preparedness and improved patient care throughout the region.
